Collection: Death Cab for Cutie

Death Cab's one of many bands I'd always heard about, but hadn't heard any of their music for a while I bought a used iPod on eBay a few years ago, and the previous owner had forgotten to delete their music; a handful of DCFC songs were on it, so I gave them a listen. I only liked a few of them at first, but they've grown on me since.

The List: #220

ALBUM: Sgt. Pepper Live

FORMAT: CD

I picked this up because I'd heard that Sgt. Pepper's would've been extremely hard for the Beatles to perform live (had they still been touring when it came out), so I was curious to hear how it would sound. In short, it's a well-done tribute.

Collection: The Beatles

My collection would feel utterly incomplete without even a single Beatles album. Like I'm sure is often the case among Generation Nexters, I originally wrote them off as a proto-boy band who just played their own instruments. But after seeing how albums like The Black Parade and Pretty. Odd. were drawing comparisons to Sgt. Pepper's, I decided to give that album a listen. NOT LISTED: Yesterday... and Today, 1
